I've felt out of whack all week, Wednesday felt like Thursday & so on, makes for a long week.
Not much to share, my fritata that turned out a little too flat so I guess it's an omlette

I'm off to the coast tomorrow, back Monday the South West Rocks tri is on, no I'm not competing just meeting up with friends & staying at our house, will be lots of fun.
